Resources
POF provides cost-effective and flexible
resource alternatives. Project-only or longer term,
we deploy resources as needed and as allowed by your budget
terms. Even the largest organizations can't prudently afford
standing armies of staff for all project needs at all times.
And medium-sized and smaller organizations can barely
compete for talent at all. We can help by providing
supplemental staff (subject to your final vetting) or
running projects or pieces of projects from top to bottom.
Most importantly, we're not deploying rookies. POF staffers
are expected to have the experience necessary to meet your
project needs.

Research
The ability to conduct campaign-oriented research is a critical tool in a progressive organization's toolbox. We can provide campaign-oriented research to uncover a target's previously undiscovered vulnerabilities. Much of the best information is obtained only in the field where we excel. With it, we can help execute effective capital, customer, political, international, supplier and regulatory strategies. We specialize in on-site investigations, openly or covertly making contact to find whistle-blowers, leaders, plaintiffs and more. We've played a leading role in developing this kind of "hybrid research" and no one does it better.
Recruiting
We'll design an effective search process, write concise job descriptions, place strategic ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform reference checks. We use our established and growing activist and institutional networks to broaden your pool of feasible candidates. We can add value by providing detailed candidate assessments that will create a short list of top contenders. All of our screeners have solid organizing and recruiting experience. They know where to look and know what to ask. We can recruit from the field to executive level including targeted outreach to currently employed candidates. From screening resumes that are piled on your desk to final placement, we can do as little or as much as you need to hire the right staffers.
